Privacy Policy
1. Our Foundational Commitment: The Creator Data Sanctuary
Crezuno operates on a foundational principle of Creator Data Sanctuary. We recognize that your audience engagement metrics, inbound brand communications, sponsorship rates, and financial contracts are your proprietary livelihood.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize creator personal information, deal rates, or audience demographics to data brokers, third-party advertisers, or competing talent agencies.
2. Information We Collect During Phase 1
During Phase 1 (Waitlist and Architecture Staging), we collect information provided voluntarily by you when registering for early access or contacting our team:
- Contact Identifiers: Name, creator email address, and social channel handles.
- Audience Information: Primary platform (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and self-reported follower tier (e.g. 50K–100K).
- Operational Pain Points: Business bottlenecks selected during waitlist onboarding (e.g. sponsorship management, invoicing).
- Technical Metadata: Anonymized IP hash, timestamp, and referral origin for bot detection and rate limiting.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Training Policy
Crezuno uses specialized machine learning models to assist you in summarizing sponsor messages, detecting contractual risks, and drafting suggested replies.
No Private Data in Public Training: Private brand emails, negotiated rates, and creator contracts processed through the AI Action Inbox are not used to train public foundation models without your explicit opt-in consent.
4. Data Retention, Storage & Cloudflare Edge Infrastructure
Crezuno leverages Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare D1 distributed edge database infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
5. Creator Rights & Privacy Frameworks (GDPR & Indian DPDP Act)
As part of our commitment to international privacy standards—including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act—we design systems around data minimization and transparency:
- Right to Access: Request a full export of your waitlist registration and associated submission metadata.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request permanent deletion of your email address, handle, and contact records from our Cloudflare D1 database.
- Right to Rectification: Update or correct your platform, follower tier, or contact information.
- Consent Withdrawal: Revoke consent for product launch notifications at any time.
To exercise any of these statutory rights, email hello@crezuno.com with the subject line “Data Privacy Request”. Because domain email configuration is being activated prior to public launch, requests may also be routed via our website contact form.
