1. Acceptance of Early Access & Beta Terms
By accessing or using the Crezuno website (crezuno.com), registering for our early access waitlist, or participating in the private beta cohorts of the upcoming Android application (CrezunoApp), you acknowledge that the service is currently under active development.
2. 0% Agency Commission Policy
Unlike traditional talent agencies or management companies that deduct 15% to 25% of your gross campaign sponsorship revenue, Crezuno charges 0% commission on your sponsorship earnings.
All contracts entered into between you and brand sponsors remain strictly between you and the respective sponsor. Crezuno is a technology provider, not an exclusive agent or employer.
3. Nature of AI Insights & Recommendations
The Crezuno AI Creator Action Inbox provides automated message summarization, suggested reply drafts, deliverable tracking, and rate guidance based on aggregated industry benchmarks.

4. Creator Intellectual Property Ownership
You retain full, exclusive ownership of all creative content, videos, audio, images, scripts, trademarks, and channel assets. Using Crezuno does not grant us any ownership rights or perpetual licenses to your creative output.
5. Acceptable Use & Account Integrity
You agree not to use Crezuno to:
- Engage in automated scraping, spam submission, or rate limit circumvention.
- Impersonate another creator or misrepresent verified channel ownership.
- Transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content through automated dispatch tools.
